Shipping policy

L Carr Designs jewellery is handmade in Canada and made to order. We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible (usually 3-5 business days). Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. International orders are shipped Canada Post. For International orders, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are based on the retail value of the order and they are determined by the recipient's country and therefore out of our control. There are no refunds for international orders where the customer declines to pay the duties, taxes and brokerage fees and the package is abandoned or returned to sender.
