Refund policy

You have 10 days from purchase to change your mind. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and be in the same condition as it was when it arrived. Any used merchandise will not be accepted unless defective.

Please mail back the items with proof of purchase and we will return payment in the form that it was received. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send back your purchase without prior authorization. Email info@lcarrdesigns.com for authorization.

International orders and custom orders are final sale and are not refundable.
